Free Standard Shipping is Standard at Woodstock Craft
We use UPS Ground shipping, which has a delivery time of 7-10 business days.
We offer Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. Accessories and small furniture items are shipped via UPS Ground. Larger Furniture is typically shipped via ABF freight. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
UPS Shipping Options:
UPS 5-7 days Charges are based on total value of merchandise shipped to your address. Woodstock Craft charges the customer the actual rate it receives from UPS without any upcharge.
UPS 3 days Charges are based on total weight and size of merchandise shipped to each address; Woodstock Craft charges the customer the actual rate it receives from UPS without any upcharge.
Please Note: Items ordered at the same time may not arrive in a single shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.
Furniture and other large items are shipped via freight. We offer two types of delivery services: Front Door Delivery and In Home (White Glove) Delivery. All large furniture orders will be shipped with our Front Door Delivery service, unless the In Home Delivery option can be selected at time of purchase.
Front Door Delivery: Front Door Delivery includes delivery to the first threshold (front door, curbside, garage, lobby, or loading dock; depending on delivery conditions) and a 4-hour delivery window. Your furniture will be delivered in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Front Door Delivery is the default delivery option for all furniture and large items. Expedited delivery is not an option for Front Door Delivery items.
In Home Delivery (White Glove): In Home Delivery is an optional $150.00 charge per order for all larger furniture items. In Home Delivery includes assembly, removal of packaging, and the careful placement of furniture (up to 1 flight of stairs). Your furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. **Please request to keep all of the original packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible items.** All In Home Delivery furniture orders will be shipped complete. We inspect all furniture pieces before shipment, however damages can occur during transit.
Please follow the procedures below,
1. Inspect your shipment before the driver leaves.
2. If you suspect hidden damages, open the box and check the condition of the merchandise.
3. If you find any damage, please have the driver make note on the freight bill of the number of damaged pieces & with a description of the damage.
4. Please be prepared! Provide proof of damage with photographic documentation of the damaged packing and merchandise.
The customer is responsible for determining whether merchandise can be delivered from the delivery truck to the item's final destination. Please be aware of corridors, doorways, elevators, ceiling heights, turning radius, etc. which may cause a delivery problem. If the customer is not home at the time of a furniture delivery, additional shipping charges may be incurred for re-delivery. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs.
